We had a wonderful Christmas Eve! I was worried about spending the holidays without family but it worked out great and we loved it. Thanks to wonderful friends we had a great time celebrating Christmas Eve together. We had ham for dinner (amongst many other wonderful foods) and then we listened to a Christmas story that was read aloud, acted out the nativity (Mylee was the star) and we did a little gift exchange with the kids, and another exchange with the adults. After that everyone opened up their Christmas jammies. Mylee got Dora pajamas and Dora slippers. She wants to wear them every night, she loves them so much. After the party we came home and got cookies, carrots, milk duds and milk for Santa and his reindeer. Then we put Mylee down and continued to work on the dollhouse and setting up for Christmas morning!
