After a couple weeks in Idaho we headed to Southern California for a reunion on my mom's side of the family.(Kevin only stayed a week in Idaho with us before he headed back home to ND to work)  It was a long drive but Mylee did great.  We stopped in SLC one night and stayed at Rob and Hadley's home.  It was so good to see them since it had been so long.  We enjoyed Cafe Rio and a little shopping at the Gateway mall while we were there.  Brian also lives in SLC so it was fun for him to join us as we continued our trip to California the next day!

While in Cali we stayed at my A. Regina and U. Tal's home.  Mylee enjoyed their vanity set and wanted me to put all the hair clips in her hair.  She wasn't happy when I had to take them out. :)   

Our first day of the reunion was Sunday, July 4th.  We headed to my grandparents after church to see their new beautiful home. It has always been tradition to visit our Grandma's pantry and load up on candy.  It is always well stocked and we had fun filling out bags full!

My mom with her sisters!  Youngest to oldest, Regina, Trudy, Janae, Lynae (mom) and Teresa.  All of my aunts are so great and I love talking and being with all of them!!  They have 1 brother, Rod who recently past away and who we all missed!

We met under this huge tent many times for meals and games (Minute to Win it games that Tabitha and Kyle put on!!  :) We all had a lot of good laughs with the games we played!

This is Mylee running on the tennis courts, minutes away from her horrible fall!  Right when I heard her scream I picked her up and she was bleeding pretty bad, I was worried she broke a tooth out but it was just a bad scrape on her chin and a cut through her lip!  Poor girl!

The day after the 4th of July we spent the day at Regina and Tal's home to swim and play tennis.  It was tons of fun being with everyone and so relaxing!  We all loved it!  They had a popcorn, sno cone, and cotton candy machine, and a jump house brought in!  The whole day was super fun!
